Description
I did this for two reasons:1.) I need more practice with traditional coloring (more specifically, colored pencils)
and
2.) I don't remember ever drawing a chibi Kisame, so I wanted to.
I like the way it came out. ^_^
However, if you can offer some critique on my traditional coloring, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Hmm, I like the coloring on the guys, but you can see some of the individual coloring lines on the background. Dunno if you wanted it that way, but if you didn't then I suggest getting a blending stump. I love mine!

You did a good job on this! I just have a few things to say about the coloring.
When you're doing the folds, try adding some black in the folds in the purple for example, it adds more depth to the picture, it doesn't make the picture look soo 'kidish' when you color it lightly (I hope you don't take that the wrong way 
Also! using white is an awesome blending tool! use that for highlights, and blending the shading together. Don't be afriad to use an odd color, like red and green for shading instead of adding pressure to the pencil. Mess with it for a little bit! You'll get some interesting colors out of it!

One way to make shadows seem darker is to use a slightly different colour on top. So if you colour a shirt blue, add some purple or navy blue to the edge to make a shadow.

The colored pencils look GREAT. It looks just as good as it does when it's done digitally. Better, even! It gives it a very natural look. The colors you choose are also great! The green is such an interesting contrast to the darker colors on Kisame & Itachi.

Hehe, I don't know if I have any advise on traditional coloring...
uhh... if you shade it in graphite and then decide to color it, you have to do just as much shading with the colors... because there is some saturation in shadows.
You probably already knew that, though.

well i think it's fine but you could try coloring one way for the main things or patterns(like for bgs like.. coloring in a circle til you get to the middle would look cool X3)
you could also try to blend more colors to match the mood of the pic (blue: sad, red:mad, ect.) but i think those would only be used on detailed pics X3 that's all that i can think of right now, hope that helps
