Description
I did this for two reasons:1.) I need more practice with traditional coloring (more specifically, colored pencils)
and
2.) I don't remember ever drawing a chibi Kisame, so I wanted to.
I like the way it came out. ^_^
However, if you can offer some critique on my traditional coloring, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I think with colouring pencils, if your strokes are all going the same way, then it looks neater perhaps? My old Geog teacher was always saying that whenever we were colouring in countries.

sure. I hear prisma pencil are pretty good for traditional colouring. I use Prisma watercolours myself for my comics.
