You know, has a poll going asking whether or not fanart is art. I responded yes, and included part of the definition from Webster's about just what falls under the category of "art" (I'm an English major; it's what I do 
Plus, art in the "traditional" sense does not give us the leeway to do something this adorably weird and funny and stupidly beautiful. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but this is priceless.
Having said that, I love this picture (if it weren't obvious, heh). I love the cracked-out-of-his-mind expression on Itachi's face, and the you're-cracked-out-of-your-mind-WTF expression on Kisame's.
Tobit, you aren't a "Dodo" - you are awesome. This makes me want to write fanfic (and those of my friends who have been trying in vain to drag me out of my self-imposed writing exile will tell you that this is a Very Big Deal Indeed), even though I probably couldn't do it the kind of justice your work deserves.
