Glargh. It's been, what, over a month since I last submitted a Deviation? Time flies when you've got like one free afternoon a week...

So, just to let y'all know that I haven't been totally useless over this month, here are some doodles. They'll go into scraps in, oh, a day or two? Actual finished artwork is forthcoming. Really! I swear.

Yeah, so this sketch is so unfinished it's not even funny. I couldn't decide where they were (someplace warm enough for short sleeves, obviously, but where? Fire Nation palace? Western Air Temple?), and the idea of coloring in all that driving rain was extremely daunting.

So, uh, here's what I finished before kind of giving up on the idea for now. Katara is a big dork. Yes, those are hands, you can see the sketching if you squint. Oh, man, my awful messy sketch lines...

(Zuko thinks she is a big dork, too. You can tell by that very scornful, very dismissive good-lord-she's-cute grin he's wearing. *nods*)
