Toby Robin O'Keefe, an Irish sixth/seventh-grader that really wanna be a junior detective, and even have the hangs of it, but somehow ends up in some strange, dangerous situations. Her dad owns the Greendale Journal.

Jodie Fitzgerald, Toby's number one fan that is somehow even more irish than her. Third grader at Sacred Heart, the same school as the rest of the girls. Does her best to aid Toby in her investigations but usually causes more trouble instead. Super fun otherwise.

Terry Blair, Toby's best friend since forever. Also sixth-grader. Quite good ballerina. Ends up dragged in too many dangers for someone who's easily scared.

Margaret Wade, Toby's rival. Study at the same class as Toby. Almost as good detective as her but usually rushes in her actions and causes lots of trouble.

Doris Wade, Margaret's little sister. Third-grader, but manages to be more childish than Jodie sometimes.

Patricia Grant-Thornewood, Terry's rival. Study at the same class as Toby. Super rich. She tires her best to have the best look and the best grades but keeps messing up the last part.

Karen Schneider, daughter of the leader of the Bluejays Girl Scout. Study at the same class as Toby. All of her life revolves around being the perfect scout to please her mother, a marine officer. That makes her act harsh and strict towards any other member of the group, including Toby.

Lindsey Grey, is a troublemaker girl that it's easy to anger and hard to calm down. Super strong, can beat up boys double her size. Almost killed Toby once.

Imp, Lilim's servant, is powerless against her master and a bottomless pit of ire.

Lilim, omnipotent prankster. She's more a nuisance than an actual threat.
