Taking a break from the background to work on the characters again. I’ve deviated so much from my planned new work flow that I’m feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed with layers. I’m debating how to add colors, whether or not the texture is too strong, whether or not I should add pencil rendering, whether or not lines are being lost, are things getting too muddy, does it look muddy just because of the stage I’m at…I think that means it’s time to step away for a bit and come back with fresh eyes.
