Lol idk where to put this b/c it's not a tutorial o.o;~Tools used: Ink pen, Pen, Water, Airbrush. And I think that's it.
So here's a WIP since people were asking for one.

What art program do you use? What's the water tool?

I use Paint Tool SAI. I think there's an English trial version somewhere on the internet. In SAI, the water tool is the 4th tool from the left in the first row.

Density: 90
Blending: 50
Dilution 100
Persistence 85.
It's a slightly modified Water 10 tool.
