a while ago, after ex0 @ furaffinity said it was okay for me to make a fluffy orca oc, i doodled this ref for Colonel but completely forgot about it

i half assed it into completion and now it's decent, even though i don't like it a lot [and the design is kinda rocky, i might change minor things later on if i ever stop being a lazy fuck]. it looks good enough and i can begin drawing and commissioning stuff of him.
i might be able to do a simple ref like this for my other ocs Louie and Vinny later, i really love drawing these tails.
