Minerva Mink! She's an humanoid mink that all the forest creatures have the hots for! Well I decided that it would be time to start uploaded different deviations for the new year. This piece of art is perfect for any nostalgic fan of Animaniacs. It displays Minerva's true sassy nature and haughty attitude explicitly. Her expression says, "Read the sign and wish you could have me."
The fact that this is traditional is also impacting because digital art was not as popular in the 90s as it is now, and thus reflects Minerva's true age.
(No offense. You're still the gorgeous mink you claim to be. Mark my words.)
This is simply an ode to a cartoon character that got away with the most lurid and provocative things in the history of 90s cartoons, and arguably all children's cartoons to date. I'm glad to see someone remembers the 90s years I wish to have been around for.

I've been meaning to ask. How are you able to color over the pencil lines, with out having the pencil smear?

It depends on the quality of the colored pencils one uses.

Neither. These are Faber Castell pencils I was using at the time. But I don't use them anymore. I just moved onto grey-scaling my artwork.
