Description
This is a piece I did for one of Marvel's editors (on the Ultimate line of titles), Lauren Sankovitch while i was in New York for the NY Comic-Con in April.She is collecting sketches with a Marvel Redneck theme. It started with Mike McKone drawing her a Redneck Hulk back at the NYC show.
I thought Cyclops would be fun to do as a redneck and play up all his relationships: Jean, Maddie, and Emma. And his kids: Rachel and Cable.
Maybe I can convince Lauren to let me pitch a new mini-series: RedneX-Men.

I'm originally form East Texas and went to art school in Dallas. I like that part of Texas. Tyler, Texas is rolling hills, pine trees and dogwood trees, and huge lakes.
