Macro shot of one of my favorite sandwiches to make while I'm home alone. turns out I make the hole too small in this kind of sandwich, so it's actually not supposed to be in a sandwich form I think... but that's just how I have it made and it ends up just being a fancy egg sandwich.
Sidenote, Italian Seasoning is great with this kind of thing, but I found it difficult to mix the seasoning into the egg before cooking... ends up with one sandwich having most of the flavor..
