You've got really nice, consistent strokes when shading stuff. c: Except maybe in the hair; your strands went pretty wild there, you might wanna keep them going in the direction the hair goes. I can see little bits where your lines criss-crossed.
I think your shading's a bit too light and soft, too. Don't be afraid to make them darker and sharper!
