Overall, the drawing is gorgeous! I love the sparkles!
The Β only thing that is bothering me is the the feet are turned in. If you wanted this effect, then don't listen to this next portion; if you like to make it more realistic looking, you could think what your feet would look like in the situation. For example, pose in front of a mirror and reference off what you see!
A tip with hands also, is that you could look at your hand whilst drawing the fingers!

I am obsessed with the hair, it looks fantastic! AND THE SKIRT LOOKS SO FLOWY AND PERFECT!!!!
And the only advice I could give you, is that I think the eyebrows may be a bit high. Either than that, it is perfect <3
