That's absolutely gorgeous, and I'm loving the color choices for everything, and also, it's a cat. A black one almost just like my late cat, Fuzz.
So it makes me sad, but also really happy to see this, because I bet more than anything he's in a beautiful place like that.

This is just wonderful, and your watercolor skills never cease to amaze me.

Mua alkaa surettamaan... Tulee mieleen mun wanha kissani joka on 18-v. Lapsuuteni sen kanssa kasvoin, tuskin sillä enää kovin montaa vuotta on jäljellä.
Olisi mukava ajatella, että sitten kun se siirtyy ajasta ikuisuuteen niin käyskentelisi samanlaisella niityllä kuin tuo maalauksesi kissa.

Gorgeous, as always.

I was a little confused at first glance, but was quickly enthralled with a certain compositional decision of yours. You actually just taught me something. A solid tree at the edge of the canvas (I'm looking at the tree to our right) implies forest, as opposed to an open field. Now don't think I'm being negative, 'cause I'm not. Obviously, the opposite tree marks an extension into the "eternal flowerfields", because it stands alone. So there's like this quiet transition, for me, from a solitary forest to the freedom of the fields, the latter of which the cat is suddenly embracing.

Such a composition already makes me think that there's more to this pic than what you'd expect, and I'm in love with the idea that, even though you named this a "flowerfield", it isn't swamped by flowers. They're sporadic, and therefore feel much more significant, especially since they allow the green grass to contrast the sky as they add their own matching compliments.
Then there's the blue afternoon sky, with the already dominating fibers of a red evening weaving into what has become a gentle blue orb. That's totally rad.
And for some reason I really dig how light the grass is, almost white in places... It's not so overpoweringly green, so it feels like it's just wide, open space for the presence of any free-roaming spirit to flow into and fill in the gaps of whiteness. That's not something any artist can achieve conventionally, so really good job on that.

If you really think about this, it is extremely clever, even though the presence of the artwork is so beautiful and endearing that it strikes you immediately. I like how I always have to think twice about your stuff, once to take in its sheer beauty, twice to see why exactly it is so beautiful.
