This is a bit late, but this is a character design for my OC, Mizu I made a few weeks back.

I've been holding off on drawing her for like...a half a year, so I finally did it.

Well here's a short background from the roleplay filled with typos and inconsistancies. lol

Personality and Job: Mizu is a kind and shy, as well as the youngest member of the team. She loves to work on anything tech-related in the ship and is a skilled mechanic. She also drives the Twilight Rose to their destinations. She also hopes to find the love of her life that is a wolf like herself. She is the peacekeeper of the team.
Skills: She is skilled in arwing flight but not very good at on foot battle. Mizu has mastered Chronokinesis, the ability to control time. With this she is able to freeze time around her completely or just one person. She can go back in time, but she can only take whoever she's touching with her. Mizu also knows Hydrokinesis naturally because of her race is always born with it. However she often fears to use it because of what happened in her past....

Mizu was a wolf born on a planet Leyenia, who was known for their peaceful lifestyle. Leyenians are loyal and kind and hardly ever get into any fights. They have a strict code of living, so you had to be careful in manners. All Leyenians are born with the ability to use Hydrokinesis, but the royalty are able to master one other kinesis as well. Mizu was given with the name 'Mizu' because of this, but she was never able to use Hydrokinesis successfully. Mizu would either be unable to cast the kinesis or may not be able to control it. Mizu hopes of one day mastering her kinesis.
Leyenians have a language of their own, but because of their closeness to Sauria, a planet much like their own, more than half of the planet speaks Saurian. Leyenians have an ancient way of living, so they foreboded any use of technology from the other planets to prevent any wars.
However this attempt was useless because during the events of (well Star Fox 64 really) Andross began attacking the planet and his forces began tearing the planet apart. Mizu fled from the planet by a Cornerian ship and never returned. Mizu lived on Corneria alone, hoping to learn any good news about her beloved planet. But there was no sign of good news. Mizu tried to rest her nerves, and fulfill her long awaited dreams by taking a class on mechanics, even though it is against her planets ways.
A year passed and Mizu heard news from a local that her planet had failed to defend itself from Andross' army, and her parents have been killed during the battle. Mizu was saddened by this, an never really likes to talk about it to anyone. Mizu secretly wishes to take revenge of Andross, however her weakness can ruin her chances.
While unsuccessfully searching for Andross, Mizu ran across C.C. and Mirai along her journey. She was lonely and had no friends while on Corneria, so she happily took the offer of joining. Mizu fit in with them as their mechanic...and we begin this roleplay...

Leyenian Spirits...
Leyenians not only are ancient in lifestyle, they also use spirits for help. Often they summon spirits to aid them, in daily life or (their only help) in Leyenia's final war. These spirits are the the form of ribbons or whisps, but when performing tasks they gain the appearence of animals(anthros xD). Many, however, claim that they are the souls of the dead warriors of all over Lylat. Mizu barely mentions her spirit, becuase she does not want to bring back memories of her home.
