I haven't posted anything in like a whole week so I just wanted to throw this on here instead (:I'm really excited about this new Zelda/Dynasty Warriors game and I wanted to make some art for it, so here it is! (I know it's just a work in progress)
I searched some nice pictures of the Zelda characters and made a collage in photoshop which I'm going to do. (if I'm not too lazy... -.-") If everything will go as planned, there will be also Impa, Sheik, Lana, Zora princess Ruto, Ganondorf, Midna and Zant. (:

Oh just curious by the way, what colored pencils and paper are you using?

The paper I'm using is from Aurora and the pencils are Caran d'Ache Soft watercolor pencils (:

but what do you mean "from Aurora"? Is that a brand or something? Β haha I'm inexperienced when it comes to paper...

I don't know much about paper either, xD
But 'Aurora' is a brand. I always pick the texture ones

I see. Any particular texture? Like are there any specific levels of texture (ex fine ultra fine medium rough, etc.)
Haha sorry if I'm being a pain. It's just my paper when I use me colored pencils gets all wrinkled up and doesn't look so nice. I'm trying to decide which paper is best...

It's lightly textured, but it still wrinkles a little. It depends on how hard you push the pencils when you're coloring.

That's amazing, how do you do that with colored pencils?
I like sketching a lot, but I don't draw color that much since I can't seem to be able to mix colors without it looking bad.
Do you just have like a million different colors, or is there some technique for blending that I don'k know?

I do have a lot of different colors and it may sound weird, but I often use white pencils to make them blend better. (:

i played that game, and i dont finished the level in that 10 minutes. that button control is awful they changed everything
i wanted to open a chest and pressed A, guess what. He made the super attack. I bet the people behind me, waiting that they can play too, had to hold back their laugh xD
Its totally awesome that you can play Midna and Zelda as well, besides Link.
