Personality: in short...she's a ditz. her wiring got messed up in some tests Kaioshin ran on her in the form on combat. she can't remember her power or how to use it and forgot a lot of the commonly used terms and what things are. Cars and other electronics totally freak her out, and she can't remember even basic math. she is very playful and light hearted and takes everything with a childs mind.
