Description
I am going to paint one big, GIANT, StarCraft fan art piece (will have about 23 characters, give or take). This is the first preliminary
It is Tassadar and Fenix.
The next preliminary will have Selendis, Zeratul, and Artanis.
Sadly I do not have a big enough scanner to have scanned this, so I did my best to clean up the noise in Photoshop
Belongs to Blizzard StarCraft does.

Indeed. Wei's illustrations are boss! I can learn a lot from them. It was also the most detailed reference of Tassadar I could find.

I wish Wei's version could have been used for reference before we put Tassadar in WoL campaign. We took him in a different direction (based on a Mark Gibbon's drawing). In Blizzard All-Stars we updated his design further since he's a playable hero:
