Its kinda simple, the FAQ at the bottom of the website have dozens of questions you can ask and one of them says how you can take a screen shot of your computer screen.
Either by Mac or by pc
FAQ #861: I was asked by an administrator in the Help Desk to supply a screenshot in response to them. How do I include a screenshot in my reply?
