All right, so the change of main file on my static version of this emoticon didn't help.
I hope this will work. 
EDIT: I have FINALLY found a perfect Gif-editor program, so I've FINALLY succeeded in making this my emoticon IDEAL!!
If you wish to use it too, go to "Add media" section in the lower left corner of the comment bar, type "Eli" or "Slugterra" in the search bar, and you will find it.
