I think this is my favorite one from the series. I love the glowing constrast of the golden goose and harp against the purple/blue palette. And that beanstalk is gorgeous! Especially how the tendrils coil around it. The drop shade of the tendrils gives them so much volume... and the texture is lovely too! Brr, definitely, I think my favorite part is the beanstalk.
And the goose. The goose is cute.
This would be a wonderful style for a whole book

Its more or less just flat shapes with a paper texture overlay and a drop shadow. Pretty simple really, you do end up with a ton of layers though. I'm pretty keen to actually do something like this in real life some time, i'm anticipating it being VERY time consuming though. Big inspiration comes from Brittney Lee, [link] shes awesome.
