After watching "Fantastic Beast and Β where to find them" I couldn't help but to wander if Ariana Dumbledore was actually an obuscurial, which would make sense if you think that maybe she is the reason Grindewald got to know about the obscurus.Related content

Oh, exactly! Β But I'm wondering if Gellert was interested in this supposedly extinct form of magic before he met the Dumbledore's or after. Β Because if he was already interested, Grindelwald might have suspected that about the mysterious Dumbledore girl and been using Albus as a way to get to her like he was using Credence in the film. Β Which puts a different and ugly spin on Grindeldore. Β
