Personality: Maksim comes off as overly confident layered with a charming edge. He is quickly recognized as intelligent and strongly traditional. Although his intelligence and loyalty proves useful to the herd, it has caused some negative traits to show up as well which is apparent in his manipulative nature. He is curious and adventurous and is able to quickly learn and adapt to his environment.

There are no in-betweens with Maksim; either you hate him or you love him. He tends to have a naturally charming air about him that he usually won't hesitate to exploit it to get what he want. Maksim is not afraid to speak his mind, but he has learned to tame his tongue around those of a higher rank than himself. He is extremely confident in himself, mostly due to being raised by loving and protective parents and will step into new situations with boldness. This young stag has great goals that he aspires too and he has the determination to reach them.

Although Maksim almost seems to be egotistical and distant to those who do not know him, to those he allows into his circle he is fiercely loyal to them; he is more than willing to go into death for those his loyalties lie with. Appearance: Maksim is far healthier looking than most Blackwoods his age due to his mother having claim to a much envied grazing area; he is also more than capable of staking out his own grazing spots. He is no longer as lean as he was as a foal and now bears a healthy layer of muscle and long, thick legs. He is proud of his black coat, though somewhat unpleased about the slightly lighter countershading that covers his legs and stomach and branch on his face and down the underside of his neck. He walks with his head held high and a long gait. He keeps his mane and tail well groomed, although he rubs off the upper part of his mane to keep it out of his eyes. He is considered by most to be a handsome, well-built Blackwood stag, and he knows it too.

Trinkets: Maksim occasionally wears a necklace that contains the canines of all the predators he's killed, though he's actively trying to figure out how he can pierce some of them into his ears since the necklace is difficult to get on when he has antlers. For special occasions he'll also wear a wolf skull that his mother gave to him along with the skull of the wolf he killed for his trials (the skulls are tied together and slug over his withers). He almost always has a red band wrapped around the base of his tail made from sinew and then dyed red.

    l Family Interactions Summary l - Maksim respects his father, but does not spend much time with him. He does spend quite a bit of time with his mother and he is quite protective of her. He pays little mind to his paternal half-siblings and only really knows the names of those that have proven themselves. His younger siblings from his mother (both full and half) is a different story however. Although he is unlikely to win a brother-of-the-year award anytime soon, he is there for his younger maternal siblings when it counts. Usually he enjoys tormenting them with sarcastic jabs, but if he catches anyone else making fun of them there will definitely be some payback.
