I'm going to try out something newΒ Β This is part of a workshop on conceptart.org. These are four thumbnails for a very loosely defined dreamscape subject. I'm going to select one of these and make a final painting out of it. I'm going to share my process as I go on Twitter and Thumblr so follow me on either one

Thanks all for the comments! It's funny how different opiniona are. On my sketchbook on conceptart.org everyone seems to like number 2. I decided I'm going with that one, because almost all of my pieces have a dark mood and 2nd and 4th piece are lighter. On the fourth one I'm not sure I can pull off the perspective and I think the narative could be more interesting. I may still finnish some or all of the other pieces as well later.

I think all of them are amazing. but the fourth one has the most interesting perspective. You constructed it well!

Each one of these thumbnails are fantastic. Just looking at each one makes me think of where it is, what is going on, who the people are. Each one could be a stand-alone scene, and yet the all have a similar tone that ties them together. Just great. The fourth thumbnail is my favorite though, I really like the perspective.
