Hi, may I use this image for my class's magazine project? It's a non-profit and non-commercial magazine project to be viewed by my teacher only. I'll use the image as an ad and will properly credit you.
Please let me know asap. Thanks.

Wow, this is an amazing photo! It's like one of the frames from a high-speed camera.
And I was wondering if I could possibly use this as cover art for a friends' band. They're not very big as they're just starting out as a high school band. I was looking through their pictures under "Cover Art" and I thought that I could design something more interesting for them.
I will not be editing this image in anyway, I'll just be adding some text. I promise to add a link to this photo and your deviantart profile, if you'll allow me to use this photo of course! If not, then thankyou anyways - this is an amazing photo and defenitely a for me.
Please reply soon,
-Cassie

This is so good! The visual is amazing and then I get this metaphor floating into my head about an alcoholics life being shattered. Just my interpritation. Either way I love it!

thanks! but no "effects" here. That is a simple photographic capture. No manipulation. Only had to break 3 glasses to get it too!

Fantastic capture, but it's heartbreaking because it's my favourite drink!

this is a great use of the black backround and the space that you have. It would have looked a whole lot different if the martini glass was in a different spot, but in its particular position, it leaves the negative space remaining not empty, but offsets the dramatic quality of the shattering glass. Was that advanced? lol

Awesome job !!
- A little less Shutter (ex. 500) speed and it would have worked PERFECT!

Wow, this is cool. Did you do a rapid set and picked out the best one?
Bummer about the wasted martini...I hope it was water.

Nah, I just dropped one at a time... I only had to drop 3 before I got this one and called it quits. Its exactly what I had in my head when I set out to do it.

Sweet. I photographed a mouse trap triggering once using a ball bearing I dropped on it. I had to set up a trigger device for the flash to pull it off...Edgerton-ese style. It came out alright but took hours to do it.
