It's Pretty Awesome! I like how you took into account the fact that it is a bio-android! I can perfectly see the robotic parts of his body and, at the final form, takes a semi-transparent skin over the metallic body. The color is amazing! Continue making awesome drawings!!

i thought the torso looked a bit thin on perfect cell (thats just my opinion) but i like how the purple, white and yellow parts of his face look more like fused skin (in the anime i thought the yellow parts looked more like a strange type of armour).Β

Yeah, the skin color thing was what I tried to accomplish. If Cell tends to become more human-like in every transformation, I thought he really should look more organic rather than armored or robot-like.
Anyway, in a way that's what I'm doing somehow. As Cell is an android cyborg, I thought he should look mechanic at first and then evolve to something more futuristic, more like a replicant or a cyborg that imitates skin and muscle, and of course respecting the bug-themed general aspect.
And now that you say it yeah, it looks a bit thin in the torso, i guess I was trying to give him a wide back but not a thick body, and made it a little too slim. The goal was to make it more like a Schwarzenegger type of physique, wide on the back and slim on the waist.

As far as the armor part goes, I think it was supposed to be like a bugs exoskeleton. Other than that, pretty cool.

I did actually, but Buu is SO simple, that you can't really redesign it, just make it in your own style hahaha. It's not that good, I think.

Does Cell actually look anywhere close to android-ish in the manga-anime? I think it's the opposite.
If anything, I think I made some parts too android-like and less fleshy. Almost every articulation has that mechanical touch that I'm not quite happy with, but I like the overall result and the final form, which was the first one I drew and the one I was more inspired making.
Anyway, thanks for the critique, I always enjoy responding to people's opinions, which doesn't happen very often.
