Description
Kind of a spontaneous idea that came to me while I was watching Samurai Jack's "Birth of Evil" two part episode (one of my all time favorite episodes of any cartoon ever.) After watching Horus, I was inspired to do something Egyptian; I looked up some Gods and Goddesses, stumbling across one by the name of Bat/Bata. Although a goddess, and although represented by a cow head, she gave me inspiration to make Egyptian bats. So here they are!

They prefer dark environments, where they can see very well. If exposed to a sudden burst of light, these Pokemon will be temporarily blinded, but their Dark-type moves' power rises to compensate. BATTA are mischievous Pokemon that take interest in the wondrous treasures left in tombs.

SEPTUS hang from the ceilings of darkened crypts by their immobilized wings. In their cocoon-like bodies, their bodily structures slowly take on the form of a stronger being. However, absolute darkness is required to channel this energy.

Incredibly fast, both on land and in flight, this treacherous Pokemon rushes towards the nearest source of pitch darkness to escape the sun.

Hope you like them! I'm quite happy with the uniqueness of the idea. I especially like the cocoon mid-form, which still retains the appearance of a sleeping bat.

By the way, the whole evolutionary line has the ability Levitate, so no weaknesses for the big guy. Unless it's Dreamworld ability is Mummy...
