My entry to the fourth round of 's fakemon contest. The goal for this round? Draw the (assumed) Water-starters of the islands off the coast of Spin's Lexos region. Well, I wasn't sure if we were supposed to only draw the little form, or the evolutions as well, so I did the evolutions anyway. Here they are!!

#??? Bulloat: The Balloon-Frog Pokemon
(Bullfrog+Bloat)
Water/Flying
HT: 1'4"
WT: 8.2 Lbs
These Pokemon are found dwelling in open ponds near forests. They suck in air through the openings on their backs to float high into the air to avoid predators, though they also swim well.

Bulloat evolves into Bairogg at Level 16

Water/Flying
HT: 2'4"
WT: 11.3 Lbs
Bairogg are nimble Pokemon that love to fight battle. They can store air in the pouches that have grown on their long arms. By expelling the pressurized air through their mouths, they can create a jet propulsion system that speeds them through the air or water, while making loud croaking sounds.

Bairogg evolves into Windribbit at Level 36

(Wind+Ribbit)
HT: 5'6"
WT: 91.2 Lbs
After evolving from Bairogg, they turn green to better camouflage when hunting for prey in the forest. Windribbit spend most of their time floating like balloons in the sky. By sucking in air from the multiple holes on their backs and inflating their bellies, cheeks, and air sacks, they lift off the ground at astonishing speeds. They live long lives, and a fully aged Windribbit is said to be able to cause windstorms.
