the image/deviation you have in your gallery is a copy/unlicensed photo and is therefore a copyright violation. Because deviantart automatically writes "artwork (C) you" this means that you are taking the original artist's image rights, without permission.

I'm sure that the original artist would appreciate it if you credited for their hard work/asked their permission on whether you are allowed to use/repost their work.

If I stated that the picture belonged to me completely then I am stealing their art. Since when did I say that this screenshot was fanart? I only made this for entertainment purposes. As you can see from the previous comments, everybody enjoys this.
So please, troll somewhere else. Thank you for searching up the FAQs though. I have been educated.
