First of all ... I love the picture, perfect vision of the enviroment /rocks,sky, mist etc./. Absolutely no flaw there.
I tend to reduce the score on the fact that filters are used (on terms of originality) but since I sometimes do the same, the effect on the score is minimal.
I am not an advanced photographer so I cannot give a deep opinion on the tehnique used but it looks OK, except fot the wobbly water that may confuse at first sight.

This is a very nice composition. The lighting is just beautiful. You didn't give the details, but I suspect you used a long exposure, in which case I'd say very well done.
