One of the most easy desserts to make!Just puff pastry with sugar caramelised in the oven and build with raspberries and vanillacream..

Beautiful - again, my fav from the set - the colours are best here and I like the soft contrast between green/red/white.
I am hungry now, the powdered sugar on to of the raspberries is so.. nice ;_;

I like to use melted down aprocot jam -- it's a sweet taste, but it's not really strong, and you can barly even taste the aprocot. It's really nice for making things shiny and glossy looking.
I'm sure you can use other kinds of jam too -- but aprocot is my favorite

I like this shot because of three things really, texture, background directional fade, and the soft colours leaving the main piece vivid so it stands out. (yes your food always looks good.) The lighting plays into the whole picture nicely leaving enough contrast to bring your attention to the food. Great job.
