Description finally done! this is my half of a trade with the lovely RensKnight ! she wrote a really great little drabble with my knights of ren character leva, which you can read here ! even though i might be changing part of leva's backstory (really just adding something), it's still spot on.  

she asked for a scene from her fic another set of eyes, which is really the only reader x fic that's ever kept my attention. this is supposed to be from a part where she's broken a wall and broken her hand, and kylo is examining it. i was really conflicted on how to draw this at first, i wanted the reader character to be mostly featureless but then i realize that would be hard to do because kylo's so tall, she would have to be seen. so, i hope you don't mind a still vague-ish interpretation. since she was a village medic on dantooine, i didn't imagine her to have any kind of official medic looking uniform.

anyway, i hope you like it! and thank you for being patient with me being so slow.

As soon as I saw the title I had a feeling I knew what scene this was going to be!

There is soooo much cool stuff here!  I don't mind people portraying the Reader character however they like...after all, it's up to everybody's imagination.   I can see that you really noticed a lot of details from the narrative...stuff like the fact that Kylo still has his gloves on, and that he's really making his assessment through what he's picking up from her mind.  And you remembered she'd still be wearing what she was on Dantooine.  The outfit you've given her is exactly the kind of practical thing I think she would've chosen.  That really fits her personality the way I see it.  And another thing if you're looking at the way costuming typically goes in Star Wars...I like the hint the outfit provides that she's not entirely "light side."  She never really was, I don't think, but especially not with what's happened now. 

And Kylo!   You remembered that he should have his scar.  And I see that he hasn't had time to Force Volumize his hair as he's prone to do sometimes.  Which makes sense: he is SO rattled by all that's going on, and he took his helmet off very quickly (and partly because he WAS so freaked out).  And I love how ambiguous he seems emotionally here: he's in shock still from having just confirmed all of his suspicions a minute ago about what happened during the interrogation.  There are hints of fear...and even hints that the pain he's feeling from her, both physically and emotionally, is getting to him on some level.  But you can see that BOTH of them are so uncomfortable and in shock here, trying to hide the outward signs of what happened even though beneath the surface, that's impossible and they both just saw how deep it runs even though with her not being Force-sensitive, it "shouldn't."

ah, such a long comment! 

remembering that her appearance is up to everyone's imagination is what finally got me to stop being so nitpicky with how i drew the picture, but i still wanted to keep her somewhat vague for anyone else who reads it and stumbles on this picture, but still fit in with how you described her in the early chapters so i'm glad you find her outfit fitting! and kylo is always fun to draw, and this was just fun to draw after i got over how to present the reader character.

You're very welcome...I enjoyed it!

For me it's interesting how different I bet everyone's vision of her is.   Heck, I even intentionally left it up in the air whether she was right- or left-handed.  I recently let one of the artists I won a request from over at the Star Wars group know that she's free to draw whatever comes to mind based on a writeup of her personality.  That one will be in her vestments that she gets later in the story, but I'm actually really excited to see where the similarities or differences will end up being.

And yeah, the outfit was appropriate on a lot of levels.

I also just noticed that without it being graphic, you can actually see a hint of where the Reader's fist scuffed along the wall!
