Awesome map! Really.Β
I'm quite a fan of map making myself, but how did you do the buildings? And the right top minimap? It is really nicely done. Thumbs up!

Another great map from you. Beautiful texture work, and I love the details on the legend and the title. Well done! Makes me want to try my hand at city mapping... which is not such a good thing, I SHOULD be doing some actual work right about now... XD

Wonderful small town with just the right amount of detail to be interesting but not cluttered. The side profile makes a great header for the legend as well.

Great buildings. You've got some good depth as well which is hard to do from a top down plan view. Nice work.

Some shadows were tricky to draw, so thank you!Β

Nice! I wonder, no crop or pen around the village ?

Thanks! There was no space for fields or such in the map, it's a small hill after all.. I'm planning to do them in a "surround view" map, to better describe the local area around (like the minimap on top corner)

No, this is entirely fictional, part of a fantasy world that I'm creating

Nicely done! A detail of the city, heraldry, a regional inset, and a profile all in one. I can hardly believe it! Inspirational work.

I really like the style of this map. It's pretty sensitve and somewhat oldschool. Colors and used style are well balanced and the of the regional map as well as a front view of the city is real nice. Can't say how much I like the overall coherence of this map! The level of detail is most impressive without seeming to be to much ^^
Great work. One of my most favorites!

Excellent map. Like the incorporation of the location map in the top corner perspective view at the bottom.
