I love how some areas aren't that defined- it makes for a good focus around the face/head area. The lighting is great in this too.

i try scorpion in Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe but it turns out that Sub-Zero is my best character. i like how scorpion is going to kick the joker butt.

Looks great, really, but I can't say I dig the fire on the spear- it feels like it throws off the balance of the image. I think the spear-tip should be a lot more in the middle, and the flame arcing towards the points of interest, not out of screen.
