If you know any written rule, than tell me. You showed me that one group doesn't allows this, and I deleted it from that group. So i follow the rules.

If the original owner doesn't alow it then it's a no. Many groups may not have stated that rule because they're not the official kisekae group.

They are talking about the creator of the game. For nearly all doll makers and dress up games, they are not allowed to be sold off for any currency unless stated otherwise (like for Doll divine, the owner of the website had stated that selling creations on there for points was alright in her book, making it ok) It's usually because it's not the art of the person selling which can cause a lot problems especially with the game creator. Since the person who created Kisekae does not want any creation to be sold, we aren't allowed to sell Kisekae art for money

Well, I thought that this will be the answer. Thank You, but with a degree in law and 9 years legal practice I don't think that it is obvious like this...
The subject of the intellectual property is the unique creation of the human mind, which was never performed before.
So, the only thing what is clear, that Pochi owns the program Kisekae... Like Microsoft owns the Word...
It can have only one claim: it can claim that You must use its intellectual property - the program - in a legal way. At Microsoft Word the legal way is to buy it... But Kisekae is a free application. So if I use it, I can't use it illegally...
The Kisekae is an application which contains almost endless possibility of variation. It uses the schemas of the anime/manga style, but it is not a question that an anime/manga character can be the subject of the intellectual property, even if they use very-very similar construction elements.
Like the Word uses also predetermined building blocks - the letter of the latin and other alphabets.
So, if You write a unique creation - a poem or a book - on Word, in format .doc than will it be the intellectual property of Microsoft? If You create a photo - whic is also an approved art form - with You camera, than will it be the intellectual property of the producer of the camera or the inventor of the JPG format? The answer is obviously no. You will be the owner, because You made the essential creative work, which is needed to it...
So... Who is the owner of a unique manga/anime character? The answer is very clear: the designer, who created a design, which was never created before, and which is unmistekable with any other charcter. It doesn't matter if You use a pencil and a paper, or a program.
To use very clear examples: You are able to re-create known anime characters in Kisekae. For example I could make Sailor Moon, or Chii from Chobits, Misty from PokΓ©mon... (As many people did it before...) So, who will be the owner of those characters? You, who re-created them? No, beause not You are who designed them. The owner of the Kisekae program? No, because it/he/she/they own only the program, not the original idea. The original designer - or who buyed the design - stays the owner.
And if I create a story, a comic with it, that will be clearly my intellectual property... That is no question.
And the example clears also that the Kisekae isn't using only predetermined elements. The endless possibilities make it suitable to create (an re-create) original designs, which weren't built in the program.
So, in my view the Pochi owns the program, but not the original characters which were created with it. (If the character is original enough, and nobody created it before.)
I don't know any precedent in similar cases, but i think it could be an interesting dispute, and i feel that I could defend my oppinion at the court to with good chance...
To be honest, I don't even need the points... I just wanted to create a legal dispute about this question. And I think it worked.
