Rainbow Dash is quite angry, can you tell? Still learning, so I'm sure there are some minor mistakes. Hope you like it anyway!You may use this if you credit me properly.

The woods run is a good example that although RD is lazy most of the time and Aj has way more in the rear department, RD doesn't lose to Aj during that distance, which consequently means even she can give you a kick you'll remember. Of course, Aj would be a massive trouble.
Oddly enough the kicking power of real-life pony ain't tested like horse's is (which largely comes close to fatal hit), but given ponies are more compact they should pack more punch in less effort, as worded by an article; a horse usually kills or very severely hurts a full-grown man without even putting real effort.
