Description
general: she surely has astonishing eyes, ... and since i like portraits with intence eyes i had to draw this one. this is my first deviation in 2005, so i would like to wish a happy new year to all of you.materials: pencils 3H-2B and a black colored pencil for the "black blacks"
estimated time: i suppose about 8-10 hours
size: : A3

thank you! this didnΒ΄t take too long, something about 10 hours! though it has a realistic touch itΒ΄s not very detailed! ... i mean, itΒ΄s not a very big size drawing, so there are not many details in her face. Guess itΒ΄s the blurry backround which makes it look photorealistic ... and the black color pencil i used!

Dayum, nice work! The only thing that I notice for a critique is that the shading on her shoulders seems a little strong, but that a pretty minor item. Bravo!

Absolutely fantastic!! I was just looking for some portraits and saw this one. I wondered why they would put photographs in that category and then I realized ( well it took a few minutes ) that it is a drawing. It's wonderful. I think it is even better than a photograph. Your drawing includes the perfection of a photo combined with the smoothness of a drawing. I love drawings which are that damn good.
