She comes from Sonic SatAM (1995 or so) - the original title of the show is Sonic the Hedgehog but fans nicknamed it SatAM to avoid confusion with another - and really, really much worse - show called Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.

The production was stopped on a cliffhanger at the end of season 2 because of the competition with Power Rangers (which aired at the same time on another channel).

To all who watched Power Rangers then : SHAME ON YOU!

Oh and if there are 3D freaks here : it's a lowpoly. I made it for a video game attempt, but never finshed it. I like this model a lot because it looks good without any texture or exaggerated detail.
