hey all here is another fun sketch! This is a mixed media illustration I did of M.O.DO.K. (machine organism designed only for killing) a marvel villian. This was done for the Challengers Assemble Sketch blog, this weeks theme was " draw your least favorite character". Modok falls under that category for me because he just seems silly and odd. I feel a creature "designed only for killing" should look more deadly than a big giant head. I don't hate the character he just doesn't seem to fit his name and that always kinda bugs me. this painting was done using Distress color inks , pilot parallel pens (filled with disress ink), fw white ink and fw black ink on water color paper.
