Hm well first of all I notice the bright, widely ranging colours, which is effective to catch attention of the viewer. The swirls and patterns flow out of the picture as well, I can see where they flow from too which is good.
Colouring: I think you need to work on your colouring in, I can see where you've changed the direction you've used to colour and makes it look less professional. Try to keep it as neat as possible, only shading one way. It can be a pain to get it right in the small grooves and crevices but it will look a whole lot better.
Anatomy: I notice that her arms are crossed behind her back in a really unnatural way, which is off putting. I mean I just tried to do the pose she was doing to see if it was possible and it is, though it's really uncomfortable. try to work on that.

So first off, thanks for starting with the compliment on the swirls.
Second, thanks in general for the critique of this, I really appreciate it.
Third: I really see what you mean with the coloring, and I'm glad to have some input other than people just saying: oh, that's nice.
Fourth: as for the anatomy, I didn't quite realize what I was doing to her arms, because I didn't try it myself, which probably isn't the smartest thing I've done

Well I'm glad I can offer you constructive feedback, I'm getting better at giving it (I think) and as for the anatomy I spot something that looks a bit off I actually try it myself to see if it's actually possible, if not, usually I call someone out on it.
