Okay... most of you know Supergirl is my all time favorite Comic character Hands down.

But my favorite villain Has to be Harley...
She's just so, so, so Harley.... Bruce Timm broke the mold when he created her.
Harley Quinn is the chick you think you could get if she was real (on the account that you know she not all there).

Well what did it for me was the Batman/Superman hour cartoon in where she is trying to help batman Find the Joker before he blow up Gotham... She says's this one line that made me fall in love.... and it was that moment on she was tops on my villains list!!!!
