Love the lighting in this, dark but not in a creepy way, more like sunrise just peaking over the mountains.

Cacodaemonia [2010-07-13 18:02:51 +0000 UTC]

Beautiful! The loose treatment of the organic environment works surprisingly well alongside the fairly tight rendering of the town. Did you use any 3D software for the basic building shapes?

TomScholes In reply to Cacodaemonia [2010-07-15 22:20:42 +0000 UTC]

Thanks very much. I used Google SketchUp and models from the warehouse to sort of kitbash a town together and started from there.

Amazing!!! What kind of brushes do you use? And is it photoshop or painter?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

TomScholes In reply to Jukes55 [2010-06-24 17:50:49 +0000 UTC]

Photoshop. I use a variety of brushes I suppose
I don't know, there was a time all I used was the round brush. Whatever gets the job done.

Thanks for the kind words!
