This is the same model for exclusive tutorial for IT`ART but from back side. Here is a full tutorial with turntable video [link]I have made modeling, texturing and rendering in Zbrush, only composition in Photoshop.

Looks incredibly nice! Reminds me of the Lotr Wich King
Also, the texture on the horns really suggests it's not made via 'natural' sculpting means. Very mysterious
