Again...this has taken months to get around to doing. >____>; This is an OC of a friend's named Apophis~Hopefully I didn't mangle the vision of the character too badly... ^_____^;

I really like his relaxed pose, it's nice to see compared to alot of artists who's characters look stiff. The colouring and lineart are awesome, but what I think I like the best are the glowing effects that you got ^_^ This picture's cool

Heir to what? A kingdom, a rubber ducky manifacturing corp. multinational? I'd like some background. And why is it that all bishy heirs to whatever-it-is always have white/silver hair. Even my own 'heir' character, Maelend, has white hair. (usually dyed partially red with blood, though...)
This sure is a great drawing. Again, I'd love some background on our pap Apophis here.

...It's actually a 'kingdom'/City of sorts, yes! But the information isn't really mine to give less' I get permission. ^___^; But his father was murdered and well, automatic selectment, kind of.
And while technically 'a' should come before any letter that's not a vowel, if the word sounds like if it begins with one (the 'h' is silent) like 'hour' or 'heir', 'an' is used before it. ^____-

Ummm... the 'h' is not silent in heir. Really, everyone I know - including english people - pronounce the 'h' in the word.
Also, it's funny that the Heir's dad is ALWAYS killed. My own char's dad also gets chopped - except the killer usurps the throne, making Mealend an not-so-very-heir. He gets very pissed because of that...
