Description
Athena, Hera and Aphrodite from left to right.Inspired by the thoughts of Paris' judgement to whom was the fairest out of the three (poor sod) and he picked Aphrodite because her 'bribe' of the hand of the fairest woman in the world (Helen) caught his eye the most.
...Eh. I'd have gone with Hera, only because anyone who ever messed with her got a most miserable life. Go figure!
This is supposed to be a study of sorts for Greek clothing...which I actually went sniffing about for. I'll draw something better next time. ^____^ This is practice!

Very cool! Poor Paris though, having to choose. I'd have gone with Athena, myself. Too bad they won't be in the movie, they've decided to leave everything having to do with the gods out of the story, which kind of destroys it a little, I mean, you need the tale of the Godesses and the Apple to understand why Paris stole Helen... but I've spent entirely too much time reading Greek Mythology...
Although Orlando may as well be a God, so he certainly makes up for the lack... Can you tell I'm OBsessed? *grin* Cool pic!

I guess they're trying to go for a bit of 'Historical Realism'... Or something. ^_____^ I thought the Goddesses added a nice touch to it, but hey! I'm sure I'll enjoy it either way.
It'd have to have a really cruddy script for it to flop I wager. REALLY. The stars and costumes alone~

I was wondering where you'd gone... ^____- And at the moment, no I don't have any plans of colouring it...Who knows, when I'm away from a scanner over the summer, I might take a stab at it.

good grief that looks like a lot of work!! the drapery & folds just look amazing & you're really good w/ detail. i know you said this is just practice but you should think about coloring this...its too good just to be lineart!
