It looks like a psychedelic octopus tentacle.
So awesome.

I like it. A similar if not congruent pattern repeated like little brances on a tree.
Reminds me of those patterns you see on some handkerchiefs. But I don't know what they're called...
Wow, 25 times as many pixels in the rendered picture? Geez.

ok... how do you make these so high def?

I've been looking into how to make these but I can never get the image quality you can...

is it trade secret or something?

Once you have something you like, turn on au anti-alias under the "Convolve" button at top and redraw the image. I also render at 4000x6000.

I think I need to get into Tierazon, because these fractals are just gorgeous!

Shite!

Although it might have something more to do with your skills at the programs than the programs themselves. ^_^

Sure, give it a try. It is really easier to use than Apophysis I think. Creates a "purer" form of fractal.

I used it a few years ago.

This is a good one, for some reason I like Apophysis much more than Tierazon even if I couldn't say that, I don't use it... ...I think it is because of the colours (are in some way *brighter* in Tierazon because of the program itself?) and the line looks a bit simple sometime... ...Here there is no colours and then I like it... ...mmm...But to be honest I liked a lot *New Growth*, its colours were perfect... ...So after this *confusion* I have in my mind... ...Ok, it is good!

I think Apophysis is much better in creating "art" but Tierazon is better at creating a more traditional fractal. Each are amazing in their own way. Yes, the colors in Tierazon tend to be more "pure".

Thanks Anna for your great comments.
