Yep WW2. I have been reading a few WW2 books, so I'm interested in that era at the moment.
Big interest is WW1, but really anyΒ period if the plane has character.

I think he missed service in the war but did national service in the RAF.
He may not have liked one of his ideas linked to Nazi ideals though but then may well have taken it as fun.
