Oh yes, it is indeed a piece of Sephiroth fanart.I really had my doubts when working on this. It looked so shatty when I started out I almost trashed it. But I'm glad I stuck to it, instead of just giving up on it half way through.
This took me a good few hours to do.
I had put the theme song, "One Winged Angel." on loop through itunes...and I don't want to hear that song again for a while. -__-;
There are mistakes spread throughout this, but I'm feeling considerably lazy tonight.
I hope that the wing looks SOMETHING like a wing...I'm so tired.

Gnyah, I don't know much abuot Sephiroth, except that he's a much-loved badass from FF7...but you did a really awesmoe job on the picture. He looks so effin' evil! I love his eyes.

I wish the middle of the mouth weren't blurry, it distracts me, but understand that that is a minor point. It's a great piece. You have the same artistic/design elements and talents I praised before (other works). Beautifully rendered, very expressive. I wish I could do it. If you'd tried to explain to me how you were going to do the hair I'd have been skeptical, but it looks great- both as believable hair and aesthetically. I am very impressed by you.

-jaw falls off and eyes blow up followed by brain leaving a sticky mess all over the place...then the world implodes- I think sometimes actions speak louder than words, but 
The drawing itself looks amazing and with the added color its just breathtaking, I love the soft neutral tones combined with the smallest hint of texture and color variation, its an extremely lovely piece of art *~* -repeats actions previously stated for effect-

Yeah, P7 kind of becomes jerky too. It's not really a solid programme, unlike PS, which urks me to no end. :\
I'm running it over a G4 mac though. It's just if I make the brush half the size of the canvas that it jerks around.
