I think all you need now is a step down aka he kneels as he steps to show weight and you are golden.

im not the best animator but i guess it should move a bit smother? sorry i cant really explain it well

Nice work. I think you should exaggerate the cloth more, you can get it looking more wavy with a less stiff result. It needs more bounce, imagine it being a tail on him, and it gives more "S" to "C" shape as it goes back and forth. Worth a try.
