I saw someone posting their photo of a spinning vinyl earlier this week and I decided to photograph my own version.

This wasn't as easy photo to take as it looks. I spent few hours to test the angles and lighting setups to get the result what I was after.
This is regular black 12 inch vinyl. I got the colours there using led light directly above the vinyl in certain angle to get the colour spectrum to scatter around the vinyl. I used photoshop to slightly boost the colours + getting rid of distracting background and some cropping.

Ps. Deviantart screws the image quality, I did everything to keep the vinyl surface smooth as it looks on the image viewing software but as soon as I upload this to internet, the quality suffers. (Small bits and blocks, especially when zoomed.)
